We are sorry but at the moment our company does not have an on-site store but we only sell on our website: www.outwet.it.

Most of our garments are produced in Italy. A portion is produced within the European Community. The label on each garment specifies the country of production.

We have always been very careful and strict in respecting ecological principles of production, which is why all our fabrics are Oeko Tex certified, not harmful to humans or the environment.

All the information about our sizes and how to find your perfect size is available on the product page by clicking the “Find your perfect size” button located just below the size selector.

Information on product care and cleaning can be found directly on the product page in the “Composition and Care” section.

Our product pages contain most of the technical information. In some cases you can find specific insights in our Journal. In case you are interested in other features you can contact us and we will give you our support.

All products for sale on www.outwet.it are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, to the extent applicable, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6-09-2005.

To make use of the manufacturer’s warranty and then send a product purchased from AKKOTEX SRL for service, simply make a request via email, pack the defective component and send it to the service center indicated by AKKOTEX SRL.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 02-02-2002, AKKOTEX SRL is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The lack of conformity can be found for:

• discrepancy between what was proposed and what was received at purchase
• internal transport damage not found upon receipt
• incorrect shipment

The lack of conformity must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
